They find out it is the work of a group of Colombian rebels headed by the infamous outlaw Zamed Fröder. Things get complicated when the President of a foreign country is assassinated. However, just in the nick of time, Jack Ryan thwarts their plans and kills Zamed Fröder. The world is saved.
