The Rainbow Wing is a select group of secret government police that protects the world from danger. The action starts when they start noticing government packages come up missing. They find out it is the work of a terrorist organization headed by the infamous outlaw Salazar Paluzzi. Things get complicated when a shipment of life-saving drugs is hijacked. However, just in the nick of time, Jack Ryan thwarts their plans and kills Salazar Paluzzi. The world is saved.
